Where to Find Your Credentials

  1. 1Log into HexaVoice dashboard at voip.hexavoice.net

Which Transport to Use?

IP Whitelist

If you enable IP whitelisting (recommended for security):

  • Only whitelisted IPs can register
  • Add your IP in SIP Accounts > Whitelist > Add IP
  • For dynamic IPs, disable whitelist or update it each time

Resetting Your Password

Go to SIP Accounts > Your Account > Reset Password. The new password is immediately active — update your softphone/PBX.

Multiple SIP Accounts

You can create multiple SIP accounts for different departments or reseller clients. Each has separate credentials, call limits, and CDRs.
