Where to Find Your Credentials
- 1Log into HexaVoice dashboard at voip.hexavoice.net
- 2Go to SIP Accounts in the left menu
- 3Click on your SIP account to view credentials
The 5 Key Credentials

Which Transport to Use?
| Transport | When to Use |
|---|---|
| UDP | Default, works in most cases |
| TCP | Better behind NAT, reduces packet loss |
| TLS | When call privacy/encryption is required |
IP Whitelist
If you enable IP whitelisting (recommended for security):
- Only whitelisted IPs can register
- Add your IP in SIP Accounts > Whitelist > Add IP
- For dynamic IPs, disable whitelist or update it each time
Resetting Your Password
Go to SIP Accounts > Your Account > Reset Password. The new password is immediately active — update your softphone/PBX.
Multiple SIP Accounts
You can create multiple SIP accounts for different departments or reseller clients. Each has separate credentials, call limits, and CDRs.
